Waterfront Villa service is designed to help you focus completely on your holidays and quality time with family, while we handle the nitty-gritty for you. Take in the unique sights and sounds of Spain, and the stunning landscape of seas and mountains. When you return to your private villa, you’ll be coming to a place of comfort, luxury and personalized assistance from our concierge team.

 

Key management

Waterfront Group offers a professional key management service for, among others; Dutch, Belgian, British, German, Scandinavian etc. in Moraira, javea, Calpe, 

If you are going to rent out your home on the Costa del Sol or if you are not always able to be present in your home, it can be useful if someone manages your key(s) on site.

It is also nice if there is someone nearby who has an extra set of keys. In case keys are forgotten or lost.

We will keep your key(s) in a safe.

 

Management service

You probably visit the house yourself a few times a year and the rest of the time your apartment/villa is empty or rented out.

When your home is not inhabited for a while, it is reassuring to have a trusted person visit regularly to make an inspection round in and around the home.

For example, in case of burglary or bad weather conditions, resulting in water and/or storm damage, because that can also occur here. If, as a result of this or other circumstances, something on or in your home has broken or does not work (anymore), we can repair it (or have it repaired) in consultation with you.

At Waterfront Group, your home is in safe and reliable hands.
What is done, among other things, when managing your home:

  • Get acquainted with your home and go through the checklist.
  • Create your file.
  • Monthly inspection round in and around the house.
  • Ventilating the house (preventing too much moisture, so that mold does not get a chance).
  • Flushing taps and toilets.
  • Checking for any damage to your home.
  • All hinges and locks, locks, alarm system are checked.
  • Operation of your shutters, blinds, doors.
  • Visual check for pests.
  • Check whether all electricity is still working, sometimes it is unjustly disconnected.
  • Note meter readings for water, electricity and/or gas if available.
  • Water plants indoors and on patio/balcony.
  • Collect your mail and if desired forward it to your home address or scan it and forward it via email.
  • If defects are found in your home, we will find a suitable solution in consultation with you.

Cleaning service 


There is nothing better than ending up in a fresh clean house. Because after a long journey you no longer feel like having to clean your house or change the bedding on arrival.

If you have the house for rent. We also ensure that the house is delivered clean and tidy with every rental.

Cleaning service includes:

  • vacuuming.
  • Mopping/sweeping.
  • Dusting/cleaning furniture.
  • Empty and clean trash cans.
  • Cleaning kitchen and sanitary facilities.
  • Cleaning windows (which can be reached in a normal way).
  • Make/change beds.
  • We ensure that the house is delivered clean and tidy with every rental or return home.
  • Wash linen/bedding

We can ensure that clean bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are available on arrival for you and your guests. We recommend 2 towels per person and kitchen linen.

As an owner, you must ensure that there is a total of 3 sets of linen per person in stock.

Assuming 1 set is in use, 1 set in the wash and 1 set in the closet (for guest change on the same day).

All the provisions you need to cook meals aligned to your dietary requirements and lifestyle will be stocked before you arrive at your villa. Talk to our concierge team and have groceries pre-stocked for your use.”
